In a steam-powered action adventure, PATCH and his crew on the flying ship WOLF battle from one floating sky island to the next to allude the corrupt ruling powers of the Four Kingdoms. Locked in fight over limited resources, Patch and his crew have been forced to work as smugglers bringing needed supplies to bears who are suffering behind enemy lines in an endless war.

Patch’s arch nemesis the mercenary CAROLINE and her crew on the Lady Anne, chase Patch on a mission to turn him into the authorities. Outnumbered and outgunned, Patch must gather other bears to his cause before Caroline or the government agents catch up with him.
